Favorite Memories: Winning the 2006 California State Cross Country Championships as a team, taking down the back-to-back defending champions, Royal High School, and setting the team time course record in the process. We were firing on all cylinders that day.

Favorite Memories: The first time I broke 10 minutes in the 3200. It was my sophomore year at the Mt. Sac Invite. Lyle [Palagar] and I were in the race and on the far turn, all of the team was lined up cheering us on. It was nothing but Mustangs for that whole 100m. Clemons was at the end of the turn going into the final straight, and even with all the cheering, I could hear his instructions. I ran 9:52 and afterward Jantzen picked me up and carried me back to where everyone was.
